We are currently looking for Head of People & Culture (f/m/o) to join our office in Barcelona, Spain. About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial assessments and interviews to contract preparation and onboarding of our new hires. Partnering with the business leaders to identify future talent needs and proactively source to build an engaged talent pool
  • Screen applicants as well as proactively identify and approach candidates in the market to engage talent for DEXMA
  • Ensure the best candidate experience for each individual who engages with DEXMA
  • Planning regular employee performance reviews and feeding back to the business
  • Organising and overseeing individual and team training programmes
  • Developing and implementing employee retention programmes or strategies. Monitoring and reporting on staff turnover rates Managing and delivering reports and data when required

Experience and skills you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working in recruitment for the tech industry
  • Proficiency of the English and Spanish language
  • Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management and development
  • Great interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
  • You work in a very structured and organized manner and can prioritize and multitask
  • Experience working with online applicant tracking systems (ATS), performance management software and delivering employee training programs
  • Not specific Bachelor’s degree ​​required, but a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or relevant field will be highly appreciated.
