We are searching for a Direct Customer Energy Support Engineer to join the Energy Services Team at DEXMA. The role will involve the coordination of technical solutions to support the delivery of projects within the team. This will require technical competence, data analytics, stakeholder management and overall project management skills.
-Provide end-to-end support to ensure projects are delivered on time, quality and budget
-Monitor and report progress of a large portfolio of buildings and project deliverables
-Support in the analysis of data and implementation of energy measures using DEXMA´s own software
-Evaluation of energy consumption patterns for a variety of large buildings
-Record and track communication, data inconsistencies and energy consumption anomalies
-Oversee and troubleshoot the resolution of anomalies, to ensure these are assigned and corrective actions implemented
-Coordinating with partners or contractors the implementation of solutions in a timely manner
-Deal with cross-functional teams (installers, maintenance, integrators, suppliers...) to coordinate work packages or follow up actions
-Participate in the development of weekly reports and presentations
-Manage project dashboards to report KPI´s and project progress
Support the elaboration of newsletter and energy awareness material (monthly newsletter, case studies, …). Support in the development of IoT, energy-saving and energy efficiency measures. Taking ownership of the project tasks assigned.
What are we looking for
Technological training (degree or equivalent and interest and/or experience in the Energy sector).
Proven ability to complete projects/tasks according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Great communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Technical rigour, talent and compromise.
Fluid in Spanish and English.
Technical skills using Google Docs (Documents, sheets, presentations, mail) or equivalent (MS Office).
Excellent analytical skills, experience or qualification (good to have).
Team player, motivated, self-driven and results-oriented individual.
Interested in the energy efficiency sector, and clean technologies that help us create a greener more sustainable world.
Good communication skills and able to speak with contractors, partners and suppliers alike.
